MAINTENANCE OF THE ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC CONTROL DEVICES OF SAFETY VALVES

Electro-pneumatic device with three control channels provides a reliable opening of the boiler unit safety valves (superheater, interheater and drum) in thermal power plants when inlet pressure reaches the value of opening level. The sealing part of the safety valve is additionally loaded in order to increase the seat impermeability, which is in accordance with the official standard SRPS-ISO-4626-1.

So far we have delivered and put in production 6 (six) devices for safety valves control in the TPP “Nikola Tesla”-TPP “Kolubara”. These devices control the safety valves of superheaters on the boiler units no. 1, 3, 4 and 5 (36 MW) and safety valves superheater, interheater and drum on the unit A5 (110 MW).
